  2. Return Instructions: Once approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  3. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our criteria, your refund will be reviewed and processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a description and photos of the issue, and we will offer a replacement or full refund.
